YOMOGI steam is a traditional folk
remedy that has been passed down in Korea for over 600 years. It is a herbal spa where you bathe your whole body in Yomogi steam. Not only does it help you sweat and warm up your body, but by absorbing the medicinal properties of Yomogi through the skin, it also helps balance hormones and regulate the autonomic nervous system.
The Yomogi used in our steaming treatment is made from high-quality, Japan made, pesticide-free, and colorant-free Yomogi. We ensure a 100% pure product by not mixing any other herbs. Counsulation

For first-time visitors, we will ask you to fill out a consultation form.
We will also explain the process of the Yomogi steam treatment.

Yomogi tea

You will drink our original Yomogi tea to ensure adequate hydration.

Change into gown

You will change into our original shiny cloak.
Please also remove all accessories.

Yomogi herbal spa (foot bath)

You will enjoy a foot bath rich in Yomogi's beneficial ingredients.
It is the perfect way to warm up your body.

Yomogi steaming

You will sit on our original chair and be steamed for about 15 minutes.
During the session, a YOMO lifestyle stylist will adjust the temperature as needed.

Meditation

After your body has warmed from the inside,
you will enjoy a moment of complete "stillness" and relaxation.

Change into your clothes

Enjoy the refreshing feeling after you've sweat out plenty during the session.

9. Those currently undergoing treatment for conditions such as a cold, influenza, norovirus, COVID-19, or any viral infections, as well as those with chronic illnesses or who have had surgery within the past month, should consult their doctor before using the service.
